This would explain why I kept having issues in years past with the positioning arm. I found that using a wing nut worked just as good to remedy the situation.... They positing arms would last less than a season previously.... and after buying a few and emailing support I finally figured out the wing nut part on my own. I still buy your stuff, just feel like I wasted a few hundred bucks on different position arms before I figured out a fix.
